ORDER INFORMATION

OUR USUAL POSTING DAYS ARE TUESDAYS-FRIDAYS. Orders for 'in stock' items will be dispatched on the next posting day following the date when the order has been placed. Bespoke items, such as our mokume gane rings*, will be dispatched within 6 weeks of ordering. If you need an order more quickly, please get in touch.

Items will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery - this is a 'next day' service which carries insurance. Items posted on a Friday may arrive on the Saturday but are only guaranteed to be delivered by lunchtime on the Monday.

Please note: unless otherwise specified, the prices for our pendants don't include the chain or collar - these should be ordered separately.

Please also note: the images may not show the actual item that is for sale. The form and style of the jewellery will be the same but the patterns of our mokume gane are unique to each individual piece of jewellery so may vary from what is shown. This is what makes mokume gane so special.

*Sadly, due to the current extreme volatility of the price of gold, we have had to suspend our online sales of mokume gane rings. We are definitely still making them but the price is fluctuating to such an extent that we are not able to keep the prices up to date on our website. If you would like Craig to make a mokume gane ring for you - please get in touch to discuss your commission and we'll confirm the price then.*
